The Advocate is not transparent. It was paid to her Rs.1500/- through Law Rato and I consulted with Adv. Sunita Bafna. Then she asked me to pay Rs.4000/- for reading my papers. after reading papers asked me to pay Rs. 25000/- to read the HC and SC judgments etc. and present in the Court. But said the case may be dismissed or continued. It means if I pay 31500/- then she will only appear in the court and no guarantee of the case to be stood. I had already requested her to disclose me the charges in the first meeting but she took Rs.4000/- and then told to pay Rs.25000/- Therefore. Law Rato should not recommend such lawyers to exploit the client without transparency.
